InvestEU operations - list

The Framework will support investments in the eligible sectors within EBRD’s Green Cities Programme (“Programme”). The Programme aims at identifying and addressing environmental challenges in cities through strategic planning, policy and investments.

The Framework aims to accelerate the green transition, while fulfilling the other important and related objectives of improving the competitiveness and socio-economic convergence in the EU, supporting the recovery from the Covid-19 crisis and helping address the impact of the war on Ukraine.

The Framework Operation will comprise uncapped unfunded portfolio guarantees provided by the EBRD to private commercial Financial Institutions in the EU12 CoOs.

The operation aims to support FPT in its efforts to provide quality educational and training services in Catalonia.

This Framework Operation will focus on tourism infrastructure including leisure parks, hotels, museums, etc.

Under this framework operation, the CEB will provide loans to financial institutions specialised in microfinance and social economy finance.

The objective of the operation is to increase the supply of social and affordable housing units in Catalonia region for socio-economically disadvantaged groups.

The Project consists of the upgrade of 178 km of the Palermo-Catania railway line, which is part of the Scandinavian-Mediterranean TEN-T Corridor. The project connects the northern and eastern coastal urban areas of Sicily with internal parts of the region.

This operation, in the form of portfolio guarantee, supports access to finance to companies operating in the Cultural and Creative Sectors ("CCS "). The intermediary focuses on small and medium-sized companies and small public enterprises in the CCS space.
