The Project is an investment programme in regulated electricity distribution and pipeline of small-scale solar PV and wind plants, precisely 44 small scale wind and solar photovoltaic plants, with a unit-size comprised between 0.2 and 20 MW, for a total capacity of 307MW.

The operation involves a 30-year senior unsecured loan to part finance the construction of a new 15 000m2 building for the Cork University Business School (CUBS) at University College Cork (UCC) in the centre of the city of Cork in southern Ireland.
