InvestEU operations - list

The project is in line with the lnvestEU objective of the development of the energy sector in accordance with the Energy Union priorities.

The Operation is structured as a delinked financial guarantee, a Synthetic Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) on a reference portfolio of solar panel loans for private individuals to support new investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects (e.g., solar panels, heat pumps etc.)

The supported fund "MML Infrastructure" will focus on equity investments in SMEs and Mid-Caps, targeting companies and operating platforms across various areas, including energy transition, digital infrastructure, logistics, circular economy, agriculture and education.

The Project consists of financing a portfolio of solar photovoltaic ("PV") plants, for a total of up to c.1.SGWp, located in Italy, Portugal, and Spain. The scope also includes ancillary infrastructures for interconnections to the grid shared with other plants.

The Sub-Projects that will fall under this Framework Operation will aim at improving the competitiveness of enterprises by facilitating access to, and the availability of, finance to SMEs covering the entire territory of Malta.

The Framework Operation concerns the investments that will support the Green Transition of the EU as defined in lnvestEU.It will also support investments associated with positive environmental, social and knowledge externalities generation.

The Framework Operation will cover Sub-Projects which aim enhancing access to finance for sustainable enterprises and supporting investments contributing to the green and sustainable transformation of the Finnish economy.

The Project contributes to the lnvestEU objective of the development of the energy sector in accordance with the Energy Union priorities. EIB financing will allow the promoter to upgrade and extend the heating network and install new and modernise existing renewable heat generation assets...

The purpose of this Framework Operation is to support Sub-Projects addressing the target area of Skills, Education and Training, in line with the relevant objectives and criteria enshrined in the lnvestEU GA.
